Saw your "headline" on a blog roll and just had to click in. Yes, you're correct. Was doing a bit of reading this morning and it gives the stats for Biden/Harris's transition team. Its at least 41% in any of the groups. In the senior positions its as high as 52% female. Its also some where between 40 and 50% people of colour, LBGTQ, and disabled also. Don't need ethically challenged white guys. If he can't keep his dick in his pants, what else can't he do.
