Voices for Choice

Throughout history, women have strived for equality, gaining rights, freedoms, voices, and choices. Why should we go back in time?

The Abortion Rights Coalition of Canada is pleased to present the winning video in our recent video contest (Fall 2011). Congratulations to winner Steph Caskenette of Kitchener Ontario!

Joyce Arthur, the founder/exec director of ARCC, is going to be one of the key speakers at "Imagine No Religion 2" convention in Kamloops in May 18-20.

See what I did there?!

More seriously, I'm hoping Ms J's talk can open up the omg portion of a young female relative's awareness. So many of the younger are blissfully unaware of the chipping away. Or they were, before this last year.

OT, but probably not big enough for a real post. I just realized what ALLCAPS meant when she said that doctors might commit a crime in the future (re her little hit list). Was anyone else as slow on the uptake as I was?

(ie, she needs the list for when she realizes her little dream...)

Yes, I thought about that too, but since the fetus Lobby within the CONs has been trying to re-criminalize abortion since they were elected to power seven years ago, I didn't think it applied to Woodworth's project until now.
