Intrigued by this tweet, I tried and got surprisingly few results, considering what is alleged. And no other links either. One mention here that she served as
a former adviser to the President Aliyev and one of Azerbaijan's architects of the BTC plan, was the key promoter of the idea.
So. Graduate of Harvard's MIT? And what is her connection with the propaganda instrument below that mentions the Keystone XL pipeline and the *Ethical* TarSands?
