This is what ageism looks like.
Michelle Malkin holds up Bonnie Erbe as the face of feminism. Not on principle - because Erbe writes honestly about Malkin. Well, okay. At least that's up front.
So, feminism - bitter, clingy and effete?
And yes, Malkin uses the word purposefully - Effete: no longer capable of producing young, as an animal, or fruit, as the earth; hence, worn out with age; exhausted of energy; incapable of efficient action; no longer productive; barren; sterile. Could someone please let me know if Malkin has lived up to her sacred duty of quiverfullness or not?
Fortunately, the Huffington Post has a bracing, inspiring piece about the beauty of older women. It will purge the fetid, vomitrocious taste that reading Malkin leaves in your mouth.
My own suggestion to add to Lesley Blume's list: Buffy Sainte-Marie.
Libellés :
anti-feminism,
feminism,
Michelle Malkin

I suspect you are going to get a lot of hit on this one. :-)
